Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
All
items are shipped Standard UPS Ground. Rates listed upon checkout are for the Continental US only.
All other countries must contact Customer Service for Shipping
Rates. Items to be shipped outside the US will not do so until correct shipping charges are paid.

Returns
Vintage Trading CO guarantees complete satisfaction. We will
either replace your item upon return or issue a refund upon return of the item.
Shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Customer
should contact Customer Service for information on how to return item.
